Delete your Antaryami account
How to delete your account and data, what is removed, and what to do if you cannot sign in.
In short
- Delete your account from the account screen, in the Antaryami app or on this website.
- Deletion happens fourteen days later, so a mistake can be undone by signing in again before then.
- Then your account, saved charts, history and messages are permanently removed. A payment record may be kept where the law requires it.
- Cannot sign in? Ask us through the contact form and we will delete it for you.
That is the gist. The full terms are below, numbered so you can point at one.
1. How to delete your account#
1.1 In the Antaryami app (Android or iPhone)
Open the menu, tap your name or Account, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account", then confirm.
1.2 On this website
Sign in at antaryami.com.au, open Account → Settings (antaryami.com.au/account?view=settings), choose "Delete account", type DELETE and confirm.
1.3 If you cannot sign in
Send a request through the contact form at antaryami.com.au/contact, using the email address on the account. We will confirm it is yours and delete it. We will not charge you or ask why.
2. What happens to your data#
2.1 Fourteen days to change your mind
Deletion is scheduled fourteen days after you ask, so an accidental tap is recoverable: signing in again before then cancels it. You are signed out of every device straight away.
2.2 What is deleted
Your account and sign-in details, profile and photo, every saved birth chart and the calculations made from it, reports, questions, chat and consultation messages, bookings, notifications, settings, and your activity history.
2.3 What may be kept
A record of a payment, where accounting or tax law requires us to keep one. Anonymous usage statistics that are not linked to you are not affected. Voice calls are never recorded, so there is nothing to delete.
Unused wallet balance is not paid out automatically — if you have one, ask us through the contact form before you delete, and we will refund it.
2.4 Deleting only some data
You do not have to delete your account to remove a chart: delete any saved chart from your Kundali list, and it goes. You can also revoke a chart you shared with a Jyotishi, turn off notifications, or turn off app analytics in Settings.
3. Who we are#
3.1 Operator
Antaryami is operated by Soham Collective Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia. The full privacy policy is at antaryami.com.au/privacy.
